I am an existing subscriber and I need to update my size, but I don't know how.Updated a month ago

BEFORE QUARTERLY REBILLING

If you need to make a size change, please login to your account and select your new size. 

The fastest and most effective way to access your account to make changes is to: 

1. Click here to manage your subscription.
2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
3. The system will send you an email or a text with a code to access your account.
4. Click on manage this subscription, on the next screen you'll be able to select your new size. 
5. Review and click SAVE to ensure your selection is received. 

AFTER QUARTERLY REBILLING

If you have already been billed, the size change will take effect for the next quarterly box. 

If you are requesting a size change for the current box (billed, not shipped) Please reach out to the Help Desk to make this update. 

Size updates after you have been billed for the quarter are not guaranteed until confirmed by the Help Desk.
