At The Finer Things 1920®, we curate intentional, limited-run items designed specifically for our community. Because of the nature of our products, our return and exchange policy varies by product category. Please review carefully before placing your order.
1. Shop Now Items (Immediate Purchase)
All Shop Now items are FINAL SALE.
Items purchased from our Shop Now collection are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
We do not offer size exchanges for Shop Now items.
Please review size charts, fit notes, and product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or exchanged.
2. Subscription Box Items
Subscription box items are not eligible for returns.
Subscription boxes are curated experiences and include elements of surprise.
While our boxes are not completely “blind,” we cannot accept returns based on personal preference or dissatisfaction with box contents.
Returns will not be accepted if a subscriber does not like or prefer an item included in their box.
We do not offer alternate items for quarterly boxes.
3. Subscription Box Exchanges (Limited & Conditional)
We understand that sizing can vary, and we aim to support our subscribers when inventory allows.
Size exchanges may be offered approximately 10 days after a box has shipped, depending on available inventory.
Exchanges are not guaranteed and are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Exchange availability is limited to remaining stock and may not be available for all sizes or items.
To request an exchange:

All exchange requests must be submitted through our Help Desk — exchanges are not automatic.
4. Important Notes
We do not accept returns for worn, washed, or altered items.
Exchange requests submitted outside the designated exchange window may not be honored.
The subscriber is responsible for the associated shipping fee to process an exchange.
